How do you decide to do the right thing? What are examples of situations you have faced or know about that make it difficult to do the right thing? Friends of mine and I getting together during the next several weeks to discuss how we address the challenges of doing the right thing in business. We will be exploring how we should make decisions in light of doing the right thing. The conversations will begin by collecting stories of ethical challenges in the workplace and other examples of situations when deciding to do the right thing has to be intentional.
It is interesting to read about people who have faced challenging situations and the good decisions they have made. People have stood their ground doing the right thing, sometimes while facing life-threatening circumstances.
