Our focus is helping organizations with their business operations. Our methods of serving include workshops and training, assessments, projects, and our advisory services we refer to as navigation.
Our workshops are facilitated work sessions that typically involve a white board and pizza. Together with our client we identify a particular learning objective or a work goal to be accomplished. These work sessions are an experience of being on a journey together and are highly interactive.
Our assessments focus on the health of the organization, focusing on business operations and leadership. The various assessments help us understand a starting place for our journey together. Assessments also identify general goals to support the development of an action plan or roadmap for the journey.
Our team is able to advise and help your organization navigate through the challenges of running a nonprofit or ministry. We have the collective leadership experience with a variety nonprofits and ministries, and also draw from applicable business practices from multiple industries.
