Leaders spend time utilizing a variety of tools to be most effective. One tool we can always afford to spend more time using or thinking about is our brain. The calculating and analysis capacity of the brain enables us to solve problems, understand situations, and take action in a variety of roles as a leader of people.
This reminder of our most powerful tool we carry with us everywhere we go is meant to be an encouragement to continue learning. As we journey together on our quest of developing leaders, an area we will explore are the tools leaders use. The three primary groups of tools are Skills, Methods, and Models.
